New construction of logistics hall with office wing and heated unloading zone
For the company Deckel Maho Pfronten the trades heating, ventilation, sanitary and cooling for the new logistics hall south were realized. In the new building with office section and heated unloading zone, a gas condensing boiler as well as a heating and cooling distributor were installed.
The logistics hall is heated by means of concrete core activation, the truck unloading zone by means of open space heating and the office and access corridors by means of underfloor heating.

- Output of the gas condensing boiler: 640kW
- 5 ventilation systems with a total of 30,000m³/h
- 2.000 l buffer tank
- 2.400 m² installed ventilation ducts
- 600 m² installed ventilation flat ducts in the insulated floor construction
- 30 m installed floor displacement air outlets
- 10.900 m² roof drainage by means of pressure and open area drainage
