Renovation of energy center
The Plant is a concept for future-oriented forms of work and offices and offers office buildings with flexible space concepts such as sharing, co-working and work-life blending for rent. The Plant not only focuses on new innovative approaches to new work models, but also on modern energy-efficient solutions when it comes to building technology. For the Constance campus, we carried out the renovation of the energy center and installed the new systems.
Disassembly:
- Steam generator with 3.2 MW
- Steam generator with 3.2 MW
- Gas boiler with 4,7 MW
- Wood pellets with 0,9 MW
Assembly:
- 3 low-temperature boilers with a total of 2.8 MW
