Heating and cooling center

In the new building of Vetter Pharma, an international specialist in the production of aseptically pre-filled injection systems such as syringes, cartridges and vials, we took over the execution of the heating and cooling center.
Cooling and heating is required for the processes for the production of aseptic agents as well as for the office and laboratory rooms.
Cooling center

  • 2 cooling generators with 1,000 kW cooling capacity
  • 2,000 kW transfer station for distribution to the grid
  • 3 cooling generators with 1,400 kW cooling capacity
  • 2 heat exchangers with 2,600 kW each for distribution to the grid
  • Heating and cooling ceilings for offices and laboratories

Heating system

  • 2 heat pumps fed by geothermal energy
  • 2 peak load boilers with 1,200 kW and 600 kW heat output
  • CHP with 240 kW electrical power
  • Heating and cooling ceilings for offices and laboratories
